In a strategic move to elevate its commitment to talent development and foster an inclusive workplace, DDB Worldwide has appointed Micheline Grace Lewis as the chief people officer for DDB North America, signaling a significant step towards strengthening learning, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI&B) initiatives across the network.
Lewis, renowned for her impactful leadership in HR roles, most recently served as the chief people officer at Mother Industries in the US, where she spearheaded end-to-end people and talent functions. Her expertise includes recruitment, career progression, performance management, cultural initiatives, and HR operations. Lewis has a proven track record, having held similar roles at J.P.
